Wings Over Cannon Air Show Traffic Advisory

CLOVIS, NM (May 29, 2026) – The City of Clovis would like to inform residents and visitors that increased traffic congestion is expected on Saturday, June 6, 2026, during the Wings Over Cannon Airshow at Cannon Air Force Base. Hillcrest Park Zoo Mourns the Passing of Beloved Tiger, Sooner

CLOVIS, NM (May 15, 2026) – The Hillcrest Park Zoo is deeply saddened to share that Sooner, our beloved Bengal tiger, was humanely euthanized on the afternoon of May 14th, 2026. Following a recent physical exam, it was discovered that he was experiencing chronic kidney failure, and the difficult decision was made to let him go peacefully to preserve his quality of life.
